Matt, grandson of Jack Demmer, started working in the Parts department at Jack Demmer Ford at 12 years-old. Growing up in a dealer family, Matt knew from a young age he wanted to join the family business. Matt attended Catholic Central High School before heading to Michigan State University where he earned a degree in Business Management. Matt has worked his way up from a young age and loves all aspects of the car business. He is proud of our brands and the Jack Demmer name. Matt splits his time between managing both Jack Demmer Lincoln and Jack Demmer Ford. He is committed to making sure our clients always feel welcomed into the family atmosphere of all Jack Demmer locations every time they visit us.

Chris has worked in the car business for almost 37 years and joined Jack Demmer Lincoln in early 2015. He graduated from Brother Rice High School & Northwood University. He has been happily married for over 28 years and Chris and his wife are very proud parents of 2 sons.  Chris' father worked at Ford for 38 years and if Chris was going to be in the car business, there was only one company he wanted to be associated with. He is passionate about Lincoln & Ford vehicles. Chris and his wife enjoy golfing every chance they get, watching Formula One racing, spending time with his family, and considers himself an avid "car nut". Chris enjoys cheering for the LSU Tigers, Notre Dame Fighting Irish, the Buffalo Bills and random teams from Michigan.  Chris' favorite thing about working at Jack Demmer Lincoln is the family atmosphere and working with people who truly care about both their clients & co-workers. Chris keeps the showroom floor upbeat and positive and makes sure everyone works by the Lincoln Motor Company mantra, "Every Client, Every Time!" 

Nanette has been selling cars for 35 years, 25 of which she has spent with Jack Demmer Lincoln. She attended Roosevelt High School in Wyandotte and currently resides in Woodhaven with her husband, Mark. Nanette also enjoys working out. Nan prides herself on always having her clients' best interests at heart. Her favorite thing about working at Jack Demmer Lincoln is the mutual respect shared amongst our team here, including the Demmer family. She also greatly respects all of her clients and enjoys the opportunities she's had to build & grow relationships with them over the years. 

Samer has worked at Jack Demmer Lincoln for over 20 years. He started off in our Service department and his hard work led him to selling cars. Samer went to Edsel Ford High School and Henry Ford College.  Samer and his family have three cats. He also participates in martial arts. Samer and his family enjoy watching movies and playing video games together. Samer enjoys working with great co-workers at Jack Demmer Lincoln and truly cares about his clients' needs & wants.

Corey has been in sales for over 28 years and over 17 years here at Jack Demmer Lincoln. Corey grew up in Dearborn and attended both Dearborn High School and Henry Ford College. Loving boats and the water, he recently moved to the small boating community of Gibraltar with his wife Linda. Corey has 4 children, his daughter being the first-born followed by her 3 bodyguard brothers. Corey enjoys anything by or in the water, playing softball, and having family barbeques. He also loves his Detroit sports teams and is currently a Lion's season ticket holder although the Red Wings are his favorite team, whom he once accidentally skated with. His number one priority is taking care of his clients first and asking questions later. 

Racha was raised in Dearborn and attended Dearborn High School before furthering her education at Henry Ford & Kaplan University. She's been in sales for 19 years, the last 4 of those being at Jack Demmer Lincoln. Racha enjoys working out, swimming, skiing, and being outdoors. She enjoys watching Barcelona FC soccer and her favorite player is Lionel Messi. The happiness of Racha's clients is her number one priority. She always makes sure to go above and beyond for each customer. Racha's favorite part about working at Jack Demmer Lincoln is her co-workers who she describes collectively as one big happy family.

Jim has been selling Lincoln's for 6 years and has been at Jack Demmer Lincoln for 3 years. Jim was born in Detroit and raised in Dearborn Heights. He graduated from Crestwood High School, attended Henry Ford Community College, and earned his BBA at Detroit College of Business. He currently resides in Livonia with his rescue Jack Russell terrier mix named Shadow. He enjoys and follows football and is a huge Lions fan.  In his spare time, Jim enjoys working out in the evenings after work and doing home improvement projects. Jim also spent 12 years as a Reserve Police Officer in Dearborn Heights and is currently active with the Northville Police Department. To Jim, the "Demmer Difference" is being respectful of his clients' time and providing them with outstanding customer service.

Charlie has been in the car business for 25 years and has collectively spent 13 of those at Jack Demmer Lincoln. He is from Dearborn Heights and attended school at Crestwood and Henry Ford. Charlie currently resides in Grosse Ile and enjoys boating, snowmobiling, and camping. Charlie also enjoys spending time with his son, Lucas. He has two English setters, Nash & Nelly. He spends weekends in the summer in West Branch and winter weekends in Interlochen. Charlie loves putting his clients' needs first and being able to help them. He enjoys the family atmosphere at Jack Demmer Lincoln and making his clients feel like a part of our family.

Ron worked for 16 years as a Master Mechanic before joining the Sales team at Jack Demmer Lincoln in June of 2012. He was raised in Rochester & attending Rochester Hills High School. Ron now resides in Madison Heights. He enjoys going to the gym to lift weights and rooting for the Detroit Tigers & Red Wings. He also has 2 cats, a 14 year-old Calico named Kitten and an 11 year-old Orange Tabby named Boy. Ron's favorite part of working at Jack Demmer Lincoln is the people he works & spends time with daily. Ron values teamwork and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure his clients have a wonderful experience.

Isaiah Wesley joins us as a Pre-Owned Salesperson at Jack Demmer Lincoln. He has been in the car business for two and a half years and lives in Sterling Heights. Isaiah enjoys sports, in particular basketball, and gaming tournaments/events. He likes spending time on Twitch, has a girlfriend, and a dog. Isaiah enjoys watching all Detroit sports teams as well as the LA Lakers.
